Eligibility for returns

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened, used, or tampered cosmetics and skincare items.

• Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items upon delivery.
• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging to be eligible.
• Free gifts (if included) must also be returned, if applicable.

Return request timeline

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order if there is any issue.

Requests made after 48 hours may not be eligible.

What to include in your request

• Your order number
• Product name(s)
• A clear description of the issue
• Unboxing video (recommended) or clear photos showing the issue

Tip: An unboxing video from opening the package helps us resolve issues faster.

Return, replacement, or refund

After we review your request, we’ll offer one of the following (depending on the case and stock availability):

• Replacement of the same item (preferred when available)
• Exchange with another item (price difference may apply)
• Refund to your original payment method (when applicable)

Refund processing time can vary depending on your payment provider and bank.

Non-returnable items

• Opened or used cosmetics/skincare items
• Items with broken seals or missing original packaging
• Shade mismatch or change of mind after delivery
• Discounted/clearance items (unless damaged/incorrect)

Order cancellations

If you want to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
